Families who live within Pierpont's boundary may come into our office to enroll.  For the 2017-2018 school year we are currently full.  Please contact our office to see if there is space in your child's grade level. If there is space, please click here to visit the web-site for VUSD's Student Support Services Department to review the procedures for transfer.

On Average, Pierpont has 275 students enrolled in grades K-5. There are 11 full time teachers at Pierpont, a part time resource teacher who is on campus three days a week, a three day per week school counselor, a one day a week psychlogist and a speech teacher who is on campus two days a week.

Please come into our office to pick up and fill out a registration packet.  Registration packets can not be mailed or emailed.  Please bring with you a copy of your child's immunization record, birth certificate, social security number, and 2 proofs of residence.  Acceptable forms of residence verification include:

County/Federal/State Correspondence, such as Housing Authority, Human Services Agency, Child Support Division, Property Tax Statement, Superior/Municipal Court, Voter Registration, W-2 Tax form.

Class lists are posted the evening before the first day of school. Lists are hung outside of the main office after 4:00pm. Our staff works diligently to appropriate place all of our students and we take into account parent input, teacher input, student academic abilities, social skills and try to maintain balance in our classes.

Students do not need to have materials for the first day of school.  Everything they need will be available in their classrooms.  Students typically attend the first day of school with a backpack, a snack, a water bottle and a lunch (if not getting lunch from the cafeteria). To gain access to QConnect, please click here, print and complete this form, and bring it into our school office.  We will be able to provide you with your username and password so that you can have access to your student's information through QConnect.
